SPICI develops advanced training programs that focus on specific technological areas. The programs, developed in partnership with universities and research centers, incubators and companies, serve both the public and private sectors.

In particular, mention should be made of the development of the advanced training center called ITA-Innovators & Talents Academy, together with Stoà, Institute of Studies for Business Management and Management, Svimez, Association for the Development of Industry in Southern Italy, the Advanced Metrological and Technological Services Center (CeSMA) of the University of Naples Federico II, and Campania Newsteel, academic incubator of the University of Naples Federico II.
